Health, fitness and personal wellbeing are central to most SportBU members and there a many ways we can help keep you feeling fit and happy.

Our group fitness timetable offers over 50 classes a week with classes available to suit all tastes and fitness levels, and at times to suit you. And our martial arts and dance programmes offer everyone the chance to learn new skills or improve existing ones, in a fun and friendly environment.

Our instructors and coaches have years of experience and many have competed at the highest level of their discipline, so the knowledge and training they provide is second to none.
