Welcoming students from Vietnam

Find your home from home

We have a large community of international students at BU – currently just over 2,000 students from around 100 different countries and regions. At the moment, we have 43 students from Vietnam studying with us.

We are always happy to welcome new Vietnamese students onto our undergraduate, postgraduate, research and top-up courses.

We will help you with your application to study at BU, or you can speak to one of our representatives in Vietnam who can offer assistance with your application. If you'd like more general advice about the UK education system, visas, scholarships or the variety of courses on offer, you should contact the British Council in Vietnam.

To hear from current Vietnamese students studying at Bournemouth University you can join our dedicated Facebook Page. The Vietnamese Students Society is a student-run society that promotes and celebrates Vietnamese culture as part of SUBU (the Students’ Union at Bournemouth University).

For tips and advice on coming to study in the UK, subscribe to our student blog. Anh Ngu is a BU student blogger who regularly shares her experience of life in Bournemouth from the Vietnamese perspective.
