MSc International Hospitality & Tourism Management

After being granted my student VISA, the thought of living and schooling in Bournemouth immediately filled me with unquantifiable gusto.

When I arrived at BU I instinctively had no doubt that I was in the right place to achieve my academic dreams. As soon as the university staff found out that I was a new student, they were all happy to help and ensured that all my questions were duly answered.

At BU, the teaching style and the facilities are phenomenal. The classes usually take a discussion form, hence making the students active participants. Also the lecturers don’t rest on their oars until all grey areas have been touched…this is amazing!

Finally, living in Bournemouth has been fascinating. I’ve met people from virtually all continents and this is an experience that will stay with me forever…and again, the social life here is spot on!

MSc Information Technology

My name is Ezra Osayi-ekekhor, and I am currently studying a masters in IT at Bournemouth University. I came into Bournemouth in September 2014. It’s been a very pleasant experience both on and off academic work. Settling in was quite smooth. Everything was already pre-arranged and worked out quite accordingly. It’s a quiet town with friendly neighbourhoods.

The lecturers have been really friendly and supportive in passing down the required knowledge and motivating us to learn and face challenges. There has been a lot of work and personal studying, more than I am used to. In all its been wonderful.
