MA Cinematography for Digital Film and Television
I studied Cinematography for Digital Film and Television at Bournemouth University after completing a course in Audio Visual Communications in Cyprus and then a BA in Film and Video Production.
I learned from amazing academics and classmates, and the theory and practical knowledge I gained has been invaluable in my career. Having the chance to work with cutting-edge cameras and technology used in industry was also very beneficial.
Studying at BU was a wonderful experience that taught me how to collaborate with other people, share ideas, find solutions, take initiative and responsibility, and act professionally.
Since returning to Cyprus I have worked with several production companies, including AMP Filmworks as 2nd assistant cinematographer for a feature and short films, and as 1st AC (focus puller) on ‘Committed’ - one of the first independent feature films shot in Cyprus.
