If a wellbeing-related issue is affecting your studies or student life in general – from feeling overwhelmed to loneliness and homesickness, or other personal issues – you might need some support. That’s where our Achieve@BU team come in. They can:

  • Meet with you one-to-one to discuss what’s worrying you
  • Provide information about and signpost you to BU specialist support services, such as learning support, mental health support and disability support.

University Retreat

On Talbot Campus, the University Retreat provides a safe space if you feel that you are struggling to cope and need help. You don't need an appointment; just pop in and talk to one of our friendly team. 

  • Open from Monday to Saturday, 2pm - 9pm.
