The Consumer Experience and Behaviour sessions offer a critical and deeper understanding of the individual and social processes, inspiring and influencing human behaviour. Enjoyed by students and practitioners alike, they shed light on various consumption habits and allow us to understand the underlying reasons for our behaviour and that of marketers in the service industry.
You will develop the ability to evaluate and apply consumer behaviour theories, concepts and models to real business situations and understand more about the experiential aspects applicable to the various stages of the consumer behaviour process.
