Our Public Health research team inspire world leading research and practice with a particular focus on the reduction of inequalities in health and the sustainable promotion of health and wellbeing.

Our international renowned academics have extensive international and UK project management experience through funded research and development activity. For example leading and co-leading on a wide variety of projects, such as:

  • Funded by the EU Commission- the reduction of rural inequalities in health, VeggiEAT and Foodsmart
  • The ESRC- redefining wellbeing, Destination Feelgood
  • HEFCE- Wellbeing in the workplace project

As well as many public health practice development projects and directly commissioned research.
